We may feel isolated right now but nature is all around us, offering us her beauty and support and gently reminding us that everything and everyone is connected…

Come and join Tracey Jarrett and Rachel DeSumma fellow forest guides as we journey with you into nature. On this Virtual Guided Nature Therapy experience you can join us from wherever you are.

We will introduce ourselves to the place, each other and take some time to play and explore in nature together and close our time together by sharing a cup of tea in a tea ceremony.

You can join us from your garden, local park, looking out the window, or sitting with a pot plant if you are unable to head outside.

Nature and all that surrounds us is still there, even if we are not together in person. Rachel and Tracey were surprised by how wonderful it felt when we practiced a virtual walk with each other last week. We wanted to share this feeling and so we are now offering this to you.

It can be hard to stay happy, positive and in the present moment right now with all that is happening in the world right. The quiet calmness of nature and connecting with the many beings around us can relieve our mental stress and put things back into perspective, perhaps leaving us with a deep knowing and trust that all is okay.

What you will need:

- A fully charged phone, laptop or zoom friendly device

- To be in a place of reception with data (or you can phone in to the zoom call with a mobile or landline)

- Something comfortable to sit on

- Thermos with tea and some snacks for the tea ceremony

- The zoom link which will be provided upon booking

We look forward to sharing moments of connections in nature together with you.

We are offering this event by donation. We welcome you to sit with the value of this offering and donate an amount that feels right for you.

In love and appreciation
