Forest Country Screening and Film Maker Panel - Kew Court House

Join The Wilderness Society and Victorian film maker Lewi Haskins for a screening and discussion of his powerful short film, Forest Country. Shot over the course of a year alongside activists, conservationists and ecologists, this is a film maker’s plea to protect his beloved forest community in the Yarra Ranges from logging.

Lewi Haskins will be joined by panellists from The Wilderness Society and other environmental groups. Together, we’ll explore why protecting our forests matters to all of us, share practical skills for effective campaigning, and discuss simple, meaningful actions you can take to make a real difference in your community.
