The air is cool, but comfortable. Sun filters through the trees, making a moving speckled pattern on the ground before you.

Listen to the sounds of the forest.... Birds singing. A gentle breeze blowing. The leaves on the trees shift and sway in the soft wind.

Join us for a blissful hour long nature beach meditation.

Relax and Replenish your senses with a guided meditation in the Forest Organics Bell Tent. Let yourself drift through a gentle guided journey of a forest walk while rediscovering your deep connection with Mother Earth.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Blankets and pillows are provided along with a very cosy wood heater for the colder months.

Small intimate groups of 6 participants.

Small vegan treats and tea supplied (if you wish to stay afterwards) with the views of the rolling green hills and sounds of the forest and wildlife just outside the Bell Tent door.

$20 (+ booking fee) exchange per person.

Please arrive at 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start
