What is Forest Therapy?

Originating in Japan as Shinrin-yoku or "forest bathing," Forest Therapy is a research-backed practice that supports mental and physical well-being through immersive nature experiences. Studies have shown it can help:

🌧 Weather: Walks proceed in light rain; cancellations due to extreme conditions (e.g., storms, bushfires) will be communicated by 7:00 am on the day.
