Experience forest bathing (also known as forest immersion or forest therapy) in this small group guided session along the cascades at Buderim Forest Park

Forest therapy follows a sequence of activities that awaken our senses and help us develop our relationship with nature, the more-than-human world. It is a simple and down-to-Earth practice that improves our wellbeing, strengthens connection to self, nature and other humans and acknowledges and reveres country.

Meeting details and other important information will be shared with registered attendees via email before the event date. Preparation for the experience requires my knowing how many participants are joining in advance, and having your contact details in case of an event cancellation or change due to weather. The path at Buderim Forest Park is mostly flat with some trip hazards and there are public toilets at the car park.
