Experience relational forest bathing in the bush, also known as nature and forest therapy, in this small group guided session through the open woodlands and alongside one of the tributaries of the Mooloolah River at Mountain Creek on Kabi Kabi country, Sunshine Coast.

Forest therapy follows a sequence of activities that awaken our senses and help us develop our relationship with nature, the more-than-human world. It is a simple and down-to-Earth practice that improves our wellbeing, strengthens connection to self, nature and other humans and acknowledges and reveres country.
