If you're an empath or sensitive person, you understand the struggle it can be to stay centred and grounded. All too easily we take on the energy of other people and environments, leaving us feeling stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted.

It doesn't have to be this way. Stop being overwhelmed by your sensitivities, take control and turn them into a healing gift!

As an empath myself I have dedicated much of my life to finding ways to clear my energy and to stay grounded no matter where I find myself.

Nature has proven time and time again to be the very best way to release negative emotions so you can quickly regain a calm clear centre.

During this 2 hour workshop you will learn:

- Simple tools and techniques to stay grounded and centred no matter what

- How to clear your energy using natures gifts, both in nature and at home or work

- Understand more deeply what being a sensitive person means for you and your life

- Why trees are an empaths best friends

Connect with like minded others and enjoy a tea ceremony with found plants to end our time together.

This workshop is led by Hannah McQuilkan a qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Certified Forest Therapy Guide with 20 years experience learning and teaching wellness.
