@FirstName,

Thank you for joining us for a @EventName. Looking forward to connecting with you on the day.

Just confirming that we will go ahead, even if it is raining. In fact, a walk either while or after rain is a magical experience and not to be missed, That said, I will contact you if there is a severe weather warning and we need to reschedule.

The easiest way to find us on the day is to enter via Gate 1 at the corner of Foot and William Streets. Go inside Gate 1 approximately 20m and look for the Information kiosk immediately to your right. Thank you for arriving at 8.45am for our 9am start.

WHAT TO BRING ON THE DAY

Essentials:

Layered Clothing – dress in layers and for the weather conditions. For winter, start with a thermal base layer, with a fleece jumper as a mid-layer and then add an outer layer to keep any wind and/or rain at bay.

Footwear – please wear comfortable walking shoes with good grip for uneven terrain.

Small Backpack – bring a small, lightweight backpack to carry your essentials easily, so you can move freely and keep your hands free while walking and exploring.

Water Bottle – bring water to stay hydrated during your Forest Therapy Walk.

Optional Items:

Sit Pad/Mat – use a lightweight sit pad/mat to create an instant comfortable and cosy spot to sit and relax. A rain jacket will do the trick too.

Journal & Pencil/Pen – for reflections, drawing.

Snacks or Lunch – feel free to bring light, nourishing snacks or lunch if desired for either during or following our 3-hour Forest Therapy Walk. Hot, herbal tea will be provided during the Tea Ceremony at the very end of the walk.

Can't wait to see you there. In the meantime, please reach out through 'contact host' on your confirmation registration if you have any questions before the event.
