Come and enjoy a free 3 hour Forest Therapy walk at Sir Joseph Banks Park in Botany.

Breathe in the fresh air and savour the scents of Summer, whilst enjoying a relaxing morning on a guided immersion in nature.

Beneficial for both mind and body Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practise of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing).
With its series of sensory and creative activities this guided gentle walk will encourage slowing down, de-stressing and re-connecting with nature.

I am hosting this walk as part of my practicum, whilst studying to become an INFTA (International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance) Certified Forest Therapy Guide.
