Forest To Table | Eco-Printing And Wood Carving
Event description
A playful and creative day in the forest creating chopsticks and eco-printed napkins.
Matt and Coralee will guide you through the forest to gather materials for carving and botanical printing. The intention is to feel a connection with the forest as we learn about the traditions of natural dying and woodworking.
You will create two sets of chopsticks and learn basic natural dyeing and printing techniques to create a pair of linen napkins to compliment your handmade chopsticks.
This is a fun and inclusive day to connect and create. You will take home hamdmade tableware and the skills to continue your own experiments.
All materials provided, including lunch and hot beverages.
We are looking forward to sharing this experience with you.
