🌳 YOGA CLASSES IN THE FOREST

Bring your yoga practice to a whole new level - to the outdoors! Experience the cycles of nature, the trees, hills, lakes, kangaroos, birds and dragonflies at this private nature sanctuary. The forest is ever changing and always receives you unconditionally. It invites you to take a deep breath and to experience yourself as part of a living system, just the way you are.

🌐 FORMAT:
A class is 75 minutes long and includes asanas, a short forest walk, meditation and deep relaxation. If the weather gets rough, we'll be indoors in our newly renovated rain check healing studio.

📅 WHEN: By request only.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 GROUP SIZE: A minimum of 4 participants. It is your responsibility to form a group of 4 of fully committed people.
If weather is rough, group size will be capped at 8 participants. In great weather, there's no upper limit 🤩

🎫 COST: $25-35 per class (depending on group size)
Concessions availabe for those experiencing financial challenges - just ask.

🌏 LOCATION:
The Sanctuary in Barkers Creek, VIC. It is 7 minutes to drive from the town centre of Castlemaine. The address will be sent to you upon a successful booking.

☝️ IMPORTANT:
🔸 Wear closed shoes that are suitable for nature walks, such as runners or hiking boots.
🔸 You don't need to be an athlete, but you need to be reasonably fit and able to walk on uneven grounds, including short distances uphill and downhill.
🔸 You need to be comfortable outdoors and understand that the forest is a living environment that comes with added experiences that you would not have in a regular indoor yoga class (such as various weather conditions, meeting animals and different risks). While these classes are not particularly challenging, they are not suitable for total beginners or those who are uncomfortable in nature.

WHAT TO BRING:
🔹 Wear comfortable clothes that are suited for outdoors and active yoga.
🔹 Optional: A yoga mat for deep relaxation and a pair of gloves to lean comfortably against trees, rocks and the ground. Mats can be borrowed at the venue.
🔹 Water bottle.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:
✨ Cancellations & refunds: In the event of this event being cancelled due to government restrictions (or other comparable events), you are entitled to a full refund. You will have the choice to be moved to a new event date, subject to booking availability.
✨ No refunds are given if your plans change and you cannot attend the class after having purchased a ticket. You are welcome to offer it to a friend.
