Event Schedule:

10:00 AM – Meet at The Standard Biergarten
10:30 AM – Depart for the forest location
12:00 PM – Arrive at the trail and walk to the yoga spot to begin the session
1:00 PM – Snack break and mindfulness reflection
1:45 PM – Conclude yoga and head to a local eatery
4:00 PM – Depart back to NYC

Timing is approximate and subject to group pace and traffic.
