Join Us for Forest Yoga on Saturday, May 10th!

What to Expect:

Event Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – Meet at The Standard Biergarten
- 10:30 AM – Depart for the forest location
- 12:00 PM – Arrive at the trail and walk to the yoga spot to begin the session
- 1:00 PM – Snack break and mindfulness reflection
- 1:45 PM – Conclude yoga and head to a local eatery
- 4:00 PM – Depart back to NYC
Timing is approximate and subject to group pace and traffic.
