Bring your yoga practice to a whole new level - to the OUTDOORS!

🦘 Experience the cycles of nature, the trees, hills, lakes, kangaroos, birds and dragonflies at this private nature sanctuary. The forest is ever changing and always receives you just they way you are. An ancient healing energy that flows through this serene place invites you to take a deep breath and to let go of things that don't serve you anymore.

🌐 FORMAT:
A class is 60 minutes long and includes asanas, a short forest walk, meditation and deep relaxation. If the weather gets rough, we'll be indoors in our newly renovated rain check healing studio.

🌏 LOCATION:
The Sanctuary in Barkers Creek, VIC, which is 7 minutes to drive from the town centre of Castlemaine. The exact address will be sent to you upon a successful booking (it's a private nature reserve and we like to respect its residents).

☝️ IMPORTANT:
🔸 Wear closed shoes that are suitable for nature walks, such as hiking boots or runners.
🔸 You need to be reasonably healthy and fit and able to walk on uneven grounds, including short distances uphill and downhill (You don't need to be an Olympic level athlete, though 😉).
🔸 You need to be comfortable outdoors and understand that the forest is a living environment that comes with added experiences that you would not have in a regular indoor yoga class (such as meeting animals, various weather conditions and different risks). While these classes are not particularly challenging, they are not suitable for total beginners or those who are uncomfortable in nature.

WHAT TO BRING:
🔹 Wear comfortable clothes that are suited for outdoors and active yoga.
🔹 Optional: A yoga mat for deep relaxation (at the end of the class), and a pair of gloves to lean comfortably against trees, rocks and the ground. Mats can also be borrowed at the venue.
🔹 Water bottle.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS:
🔸 Everyone is welcome regardless of their vaccination status and we will not ask you about it. This is because the current Victorian Government Covid-19 Roadmap does not require mandatory vaccination for home-based businesses, it only recommends them (subject to future changes in the Roadmap).
🔸 Upon arrival at the venue, please sign in either manually or via QR code, as per the Victorian Government regulations.

✨ Cancellations & refunds: In the event of this event being cancelled due to government restrictions (or other comparable events), you are entitled to a full refund. You will have the choice to be moved to a new event date, subject to booking availability.
