This live music concert is for kids and families – particularly the neurodiverse – featuring music from Nat Bartsch’s forthcoming album, Forever Changed.

The music in Forever Changed features lullabies that have been composed by pianist and composer Nat Bartsch with the specific needs of neurodiverse kids in mind.

Working with music therapists and drawing from interviews with other neurodiverse people, as well as her own lived experience as neurodivergent, the music explores the unique sensory preferences and needs of autistic people and those with ADHD.

In Forever Changed, Bartsch has created a pool of musical concepts that inform her compositions and production techniques, intending to soothe the emotions and bodies of others with sensory seeking needs, as well as being enjoyable for neurotypical kids and families.

Bartsch’s lullabies are imbued with textured and detailed ambient effects, high-pitched melodies, low bass, grounding rhythms, and repetition. This album will be released in atmos, enabling people to deeply immerse themselves in detailed, lyrical ambient sound that swirls around the listener. Nat describes the music as “like [her album] Forever, and No Time At All, but with glitter poured on top!”
