River Fit 2025: Forever Fit with Cindy Sullivan
Event description
Join us on the Esplanade for Forever Fit with Cindy Sullivan, presented in partnership with Beacon Hill Village. This fun, outdoor class on Fiedler Field will include a full-body workout designed with the needs of midlife and older adults in mind, perfect for all levels.
We’ll focus on functional fitness to help you build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility - all to support the way you move and feel every day. Every exercise is thoughtfully selected to promote strength, bone health, posture, joint health, and safe, efficient movement.
Class includes low-impact cardio, strength training with body weight and resistance bands, balance and flow work, and gentle stretching to finish.
Please bring water, a towel, and a resistance band - we’ll have extras available if you need one. A limited number of chairs will be provided for support or seated options during class.
We encourage participants to register before every class and to bring their own water bottles. Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to receive timely updates. Please cancel if you can no longer attend. Forever Fit will take place every Tuesday from 10:30am to 11:30am starting on July 15 and ending on August 19 on the following dates:

Event Cancellation
In the event of extreme weather or other hazardous conditions, the Esplanade Association will email all participants and post a cancellation notice. Cindy Sullivan Fitness (Cindysullivanfitness@gmail.com) strives to helps you feel great regardless of your age, size or ability! We specialize in Midlife and Senior Fitness with a focus on exercises for the Total Body including strength, balance, endurance and flexibility, with private or group classes.
