We will teach you the dynamics of how to change your mindset, break negative habitual patterns that don’t serve you, create new positive ones and reduce or remove anxiety.

We will help you find the passion for living the life you want to.

Finding your passion isn’t an ‘archaeological dig’ but an ‘architectural build.’ We delve into this and explore how to make these changes.

Your beliefs will be ‘challenged’ and while our history and childhood will have absolutely influenced our lives so far, we focus more on the present and future rather than reliving the past.

Many people say this process ‘opens Pandora’s Box’ [in a good way!] and once you start to understand more and find that 'break-through, you can’t go back to your ‘old self’.

It is our passion to empower you throughout the retreat and to give you the framework to maintain and build on the work we do, when you leave and go back to 'everyday life'.

We will give you an accountability plan, processes, goals and tools to implement immediately after the retreat.

But we can't want it or do it for you. It's not easy and can be confronting at times, but for those that truly want to change any aspect of their life, this retreat will set you on a new direction.

While all aspects of the retreat are optional, they 'stack' to form a powerful combination of learning and tools to take away with you.

This is not a 'typical' retreat nor a 'band-aid' approach, we teach you the processes for long-lasting behavioural and physical changes.
