Using four simple phrases—I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you - Ho'oponopono helps clear emotional blockages and restore peace within ourselves and with others.

Through guided journaling and a grounding visualization enriched by Ho'oponopono, you’ll uncover the emotional blocks that may be keeping you from peace.
