Together, we’ll explore the healing power of forgiveness through Ho'oponopono, a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and self-forgiveness. Using four simple phrases—I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you - Ho'oponopono helps clear emotional blockages and restore peace within ourselves and with others.

Through guided journaling and a grounding visualization enriched by Ho'oponopono, you’ll uncover the emotional blocks that may be keeping you from peace. This circle isn’t just about understanding forgiveness; it’s about actively engaging in the process of healing, with Nat supporting you every step of the way.
