  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

6:15pm | Pre-formal (arrival for refreshments, canapes and photos with parents, students, partners and staff)

    7:00pm - 11:00pm | Formal (parents depart and students, staff and partners move into the dining room)

          Partners only | $150 (+ booking fee)

          Please note Clayfield students have their cost covered in the 2025 tuition fee schedule. Partners will be required to pay.
