Formidable Vegetable has played events from tiny house concerts to festivals, from Woodford to Glastonbury and is committed to planetary sustainability and regeneration. Their music is fun, danceable and cheeky as well as profound. Suitable for children of all ages. This house concert is an opportunity for the permaculture community, friends and families to get together and have fun and mark the end of a challenging year. Bring a picnic, your dancing shoes and your ideas for how our community can grow and thrive into the future. We look forward to catching up with everyone and dancing the evening away.

Bookings essential! Book early as numbers are limited. If you wish to arrive earlier, the band will be playing a set for the kids from 5pm to 7pm.

From a small town in Western Australia to the glory of the World stage, Formidable Vegetable is sowing the garden of our minds with the seeds of change to ‘turnip the beets’ for people, plants and the planet.

Independently founded by ukulele-strumming ecological troubadour Charlie Mgee, the band grew their organic, yet dedicated following over the years on a mission to inspire local action for global issues and now find themselves firmly planted in the fertile soils of the growing regenerative movements worldwide. https://formidablevegetable.com.au
