In 2023 Mark took two of his team on a Japan study tour with Shinka Management, which provided the opportunity to immerse themselves in the original Japanese thinking behind lean and its successful application across a range of industries.

From this Mark and his team have embarked on their journey at Rondo and this will be an opportunity to learn from their experiences and the approach they have taken to continuous improvement, along with the key lessons they learned from their trip.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 7 days prior to event date. 
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis. 
There are no allocated seats with membership.
