Forum | NSW - People and Culture
Event description
Inclusion, Equity & Wellbeing – Exploring what’s new and what’s next - together
Join us for an energising three-part forum designed to spark big ideas, practical insights, and candid conversations on inclusion, equity, and wellbeing at work.
Across three interactive 1-hour sessions, you’ll hear from global DEI experts, connect with fellow IPA members, and unpack some of the most critical challenges and opportunities facing People & Culture and Operations leaders today.
Each session blends expert content, peer learning, and structured breakout discussions, focusing on pivotal DEI topics and practical actions you can take.
Why you should join:
- Learn from global DEI experts – including insights from Symmetra’s decades of experience working with leading organisations in Australia and globally (many of them IPA members)
- Engage with your peers – share, reflect and learn with other People and Culture and Operations professionals navigating similar challenges.
- Walk away inspired – We’ll close the day by sharing Symmetra’s latest thought leadership on the FIVE Framework – a universal, future-focused approach to building inclusive, high-performing organisations
