Our Presenters:
Kirstin Reblin is a transformative leader with deep expertise in operational excellence and large-scale business transformation. Currently Head of Operational Excellence at Mauri, part of George Weston Foods, she drives initiatives that improve performance, collaboration, and growth. Her career spans senior roles at global companies including Siemens, Bosch, and Opal Paper & Packaging, where she delivered significant cultural and financial impact. Recognised as Mentor of the Year at the 2024 Women in Industry Awards, Kirstin is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
Andrew (Andy) Olrich is a seasoned leader in operational excellence and innovation, with more than 20 years’ experience helping organisations across mining, manufacturing, logistics, ports, health, and government achieve measurable improvement. As Managing Director of North St Partners in the Asia-Pacific region, Andy specialises in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and change management, bringing a people-first approach to driving lasting cultural and performance outcomes.
An international keynote speaker and coach, Andy is also co-host of the Lean Solutions Podcast, where he engages global thought leaders and shares practical insights on continuous improvement and leadership. Known for his energetic facilitation and customer-first mindset, Andy has a passion for enabling teams to unlock their potential and deliver sustainable results.
The Gemba and the Grit: Lessons in Kaizen from regional Australia to the Automotive Heart of America.
Andy will be sharing his recent experiences and insights - from supporting industries across Regional NSW through to his time at the Ford Rouge Plant in Detroit, Michigan.
He’ll explore the similarities and differences between these environments and reflect on how today’s cultural and economic challenges are shaping the future for all of us.
Add to that the accelerated adoption of AI, and it’s clear we are all part of a dynamic, fast-paced experiment – whether we like it or not.

As a member of IPA you can register up to 2 people, subject to availability, to attend this event.
This event is for IPA members only, there will be no public access to this event.
When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 7 days prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
