Making Things Easier - Taking Action — **Session 1 Week 1**

In this workshop we will explore the experience of volunteering, acknowledge and explore pain points in the broad volunteer sector and work toward solutions.

Individuals will have the opportunity to create a PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) for themselves or their organisation.

This workshop is suitable for any volunteer in a community group or organisation looking to increase their positive experience of volunteering.
