• What do I get as a stallholder?

  Your stallholder ticket secures your dedicated space at the market. This is your opportunity to give your pre-loved clothes a new home! There are no hidden fees or communions, meaning everything you earn on the day is entirely yours to keep, with your pieces finding new loving homes.

• Do I need a ticket to attend as a shopper?

  Our Designer Flea Market is FREE to attend for shoppers, no stall holder ticket is required.

• Can I share a space?

  Stall spaces are priced per person, with the option of $50 to BYO one rack or $80 to BYO two racks. This allocation will be respectfully reviewed on the day to ensure fairness for all stall holders.

• Do I need to bring my own payment facilities?

  Yes, stallholders are responsible for their own payment processing. You’re welcome to accept cash (we recommend bringing change), PayID, bank transfer or card payments via Square or similar systems. Please ensure details are clearly displayed or communicated to ensure easy access for customers.

• What do I need to bring as a stallholder?

  Alongside your pre-loved pieces, all stall holders must bring their own racks and hangers. Mirrors, wifi and music will all be provided on-site.

• When can I set up my stall?

  All stallholders are required to arrive on Saturday, November 7th from 6.00am AEDT. Please ensure your space is fully styled and ready to trade by 8.00am AEDT.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  Due to the curated and limited nature of this event, all stallholder bookings are non-refundable unless communicated otherwise. If you are no longer able to attend, please get in touch as soon as possible - transfers may be considered at out discretion.

• Where can I park during the event?

  FREE on-street parking is available outside of the venue. We kindly request that you take note of all signage prior to leaving your vehicle.
