Tom Reich is a proven leader, coach, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience growing and scaling businesses across the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. A certified Scaling Up and 3HAG coach, Tom specializes in helping CEOs and leadership teams create winning strategies, drive disciplined execution, and achieve balance between people, performance, and profit.

He has founded, grown, and successfully exited multiple businesses, and brings deep expertise in strategy, execution, leadership development, sales, and talent management. Today, Tom channels his passion for growth-oriented businesses into coaching and advising executive teams, while also serving on boards and as an active investor.

Based in Sydney with his wife Ella, their three kids—Austin, Savannah, and Hunter—and their dog Chilli, Tom is committed to helping leaders scale their businesses with success and freedom.

David Keir has over 30 years’ experience scaling companies as an entrepreneur, advisor, and board member. He spent more than 20 years in China, where he founded and led Dash Brands, introducing partners like Domino’s and Subway, raising over $100M in capital, and building a high-growth, values-driven culture.

As founder of Entrepreneur Purpose, David helps entrepreneurs and leadership teams build resilient, purpose-driven companies from start-up through scale-up, including capital raising, acquisitions, team structuring, and board development. He brings deep expertise in strategy, execution, leadership, and solving complex growth challenges.

A certified Metronomics coach, David works with CEOs and teams to align strategy and execution with values-based leadership, often incorporating mindfulness to strengthen cohesion and resilience.

After 24 years abroad, David returned to Sydney’s northern beaches in 2017, where he lives with his wife and two children, enjoying surfing, cycling, ocean swimming, and bushwalking.
