Hanh is a professional in international trade by degree and over 18-year experience in agrifood, FMCG and critical enabling technologies, which include biotechnologies, medical technology, digital health and advanced manufacturing. With extensive set of skills in exporting Australian products and services gathered in corporate, privately owned and government sectors, Hanh has assisted hundreds of businesses in Sydney in export development and diversification.

About the Presenter: Shirley Ng, National Manager International Competitiveness, The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group)

Shirley Ng leads Ai Group's international growth consulting services. She has extensive experience in international business, working with Australian enterprises to develop export marketing and sales strategies for global growth. Shirley has traveled widely across key markets in North and South-East Asia to support her clients' export and global expansion strategies.

She has worked in various industries at both strategic and operational levels, managing programs to help businesses grow and sustain exports. This includes leveraging Free Trade Agreements and exploring new market channels like E-commerce and online platforms. Shirley focuses on building strategic partnerships and enhancing business relationships with government and private sector organizations' across key export markets.
