Foundational Sewing Workshop - Melbourne Campus
Description
This workshop is for aspiring designers as a starting point for those wishing to learn basic sewing skills.
Level: Beginner (no experience required)
This two-day workshop introduces students to the fundamentals of sewing in a supportive, hands-on environment. Students will learn how to use a sewing machine, explore different seam types, and develop confidence working with fabric.
Across the two days, students will complete guided projects designed to build practical skills. On day one, students will learn essential sewing techniques and create a tote bag. On day two, they will continue developing their skills while constructing a pair of elasticated sleep shorts.
