Dear @FirstName

You have registered for Collective Being's Foundational Somatics: Six-Week Online Program, commencing on Tuesday 1st September 2026.

Facilitated over six-weeks, this program introduces participants to a somatic framework for wellbeing, anchored in body-mind strategies for nervous system regulation and embodied resilience. Informed by somatic and mindfulness theory, evidence-based embodiment practices, and an awareness of the intersections between health, wellbeing and agency, this program has no prerequisite knowledge and is open to all.

Program dates and times

Tuesday 1st Sept - Tuesday 6th October inclusive.
Each session runs from 6.15-7.30pm AEST.
Sessions will be facilitated on Zoom, with Zoom links and pre-session information emailed on the Monday before the session each week.
All sessions will be recorded for those who are unable to make the livestreams. An email will be sent out each week following the livestream with a link to the video recording of the previous session.
