'Fun!’, ‘Inclusive’, and ‘Unique!' are just some of the ways people have described their acroyoga classes with me and my team of ‘acro fairy’ teacher’s assistant. I'd also add 'adventurous, challenging, and supportive'. We want you to feel stretched, while also feeling safe. (Literally, relationally, and emotionally.)

(For those of you who are familiar with the 5 week acroyoga class blocks I was offering (For almost 5 and a half years!), this is a little inbetweener while I reassess a few different things. There are currently no 5 week series booked in, but they may reemerge in Spring. For now I'm just offering standalone workshops.)

This class is for anyone with an interest in acroyoga , whether you've done any before or not. I will adjust the level of the class depending on who turns up, so complete newbies SO welcome. You need to have a moderate level of fitness, no active injuries, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone and play, learn, and support your fellow acroyogis.And, even if you've done some acroyoga before, the feedback is definitely that people are still learning new things. As the most experienced acroyoga teacher on the Sunshine Coast, I’ve helped literally thousands of students find their sweet spot in this practice and would love to help you find yours too!

What will we be doing?
Some fun games and warm-ups, some practice at being upside down, and some learning of some of the foundations of acro that are used in acro communities around the world. Finished off with a little bit of relaxation.

What time?
9:30-11:30am. Please be respectful of this timing and be on time.

How much?
$30 per person contribution is appreciated.
* I am leaving the pricing flexible as I’d genuinely rather you have a healthy community connecting and learning experience than be practicing dodgy acro and feeling left out, so please know that you are welcome no matter what. If you are feeling good financially and you feel inspired to contribute more, that's so welcome too!

What should I bring?
Water, yoga mat, extra towel to roll up for lower back support if needed. (I do have a couple of mats spare if you're desperate or you forget.) Please DON'T wear sunscreen or moisturisers! (It makes you slippery, which is a very bad thing when you're on top of people. Ha!) Leave jewellery off, and preferably don't eat straight beforehand.
