Dance is a powerful medicine. If we are able to cultivate a sanctuary within ourselves we can strengthen our mind, body and soul.

I invite you to embark on a transformative journey, where deep connection intertwines with movement and dance. At the core of this project is a desire to encourage people to create time for intentional practice and feel comfortable in their own skin.

We will learn the foundations of Raqs Sharqi [Belly Dance] and explore some supportive practices such as yoga, breathwork and meditation.

Feel empowered as we draw on the energies of Egyptian Deities to guide our flow.

I will be offering 2 community passes. This will give the opportunity for people to participate without additional financial stress. If you are in a position to pay the higher end of the sliding scale, you will be contributing to this initiative. If you feel this could apply to you, please message me with COMMUNITY PASS.
