Dan Ballard is holding a community breath work session at Komuniti Garden Cafe and Yoga Studio. A special thank you to Adam from Komuniti who is donating this beautiful space to us for the Session!!

All proceeds made will go to Care4Coast! 

Care4Coast holds an outreach service every Monday night in Gosford to provide assistance for the homeless and anyone in need. They provide hot meals, food hampers, clothing, toiletries and more.
