Foundations of Higher Degree Research (HDR) Supervision Workshops are open to supervisors of ANU HDR students. These workshops are directed primarily at those new to supervision, but all HDR supervisors are welcome. Participation in a Foundations of HDR Supervision Workshop is a required component of ANU HDR Supervision Initial Registration for those new to supervision. Focus – The Foundations of HDR Supervision Workshop situates HDR supervision in the context of ANU policies and procedures, discusses core elements of good supervisory practice, and explores principles of successful supervision.
