LOVE + CHAOS presents the "Foundations for Intimate Relating" one day workshop

Most of us have grown up with old school modelling of what a romantic partnership should be.

Like most millennials, you've probably outgrown this old paradigm version and you're craving deep, fulfilling, loving relationship/s that help you evolve as a person.

You're probably looking for much more than only a domestic partnership and you're definitely ready to move past relationships that only seem to trigger a trauma response...

Foundations of Intimate Relating will be a deep dive into your subconscious conditioning around romantic relationships. You will identify the conditioning that requires healing and releasing. You will have the opportunity to reprogram the stagnant learned belief systems around relating and then be free to choose the relationship style that suits you.

This workshop will be a combination of teachings, self reflections, group sharing, partnered sharing, embodiment exercises and some take-home practices.

⇝ 9:45am arrival
⇝ 10am workshop begins
⇝ 12:30pm lunch

Who this workshop is for:

⇝ Singles, partnered, married, polyamorous or undefined relationship status
⇝ Women, men and non-binary

NOTE: You do NOT need to be in a committed romantic relationship to benefit from attending this workshop. You do NOT need to bring a partner to attend this workshop.

The work we do will mainly focus on you as a Sovereign being. Additionally, we assert that you are already in many relationships, although perhaps non-romantic, that will greatly benefit from your participation in this circle work (eg. family, friends, work colleagues).

Our intention is to be inclusive of all genders and relationship style preferences and we strive to provide content and exercises that are relevant for all.
