Alicia led the development of WA's first primary prevention practice and workforce capability framework: Foundations for Change. She now supports individuals, communities and organisations to implement the framework and undertake evidence-informed primary prevention activities that contribute to a safer and fairer society for all.

He has supported survivors through the criminal justice system, been a healthy relationships educator, and developed trauma-informed response policies with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He is passionate about the role of men in ending violence against women and believes that men and masculinities play a key role in primary prevention strategies. Ryan wants men to be some of the strongest voices advocating for gender equality.
