Event description
This training is designed for anyone wanting to bring fresh eyes and best practise to community life. If you have ever experienced community breakdown, felt unsafe or ignored in meetings, or are uncertain about community living, then this course is for you.
Communities need good communication and decision making, effective project management, and a sense of belonging. The Sociocratic Circle Method is a whole system of governance which supports you in being heard, which holds you in clear processes, and which empowers you to contribute and take responsibility. Together you grow in trust and create community glue.

The dates and session times are as follows:
- Saturday 20 March: 8:30am to 5pm
- Sunday 21 March: 8:30 to 5pm
The course will be held in Denmark, WA.
FACILITATOR: Gina Price
Gina Price has spent 12 years leading workshops in Sociocracy across sectors & across countries in-person and online. She is a founding member of The Sociocracy Consulting Group, an external board member of Narara Ecovillage, where she has guided the implementation of sociocracy over 11 years. Gina became a certified trainer through Sociocratisch Centrum Nederland in 2008, and a certified consultant with the International Sociocracy Certification Board in 2021. She works with businesses, communities and schools. Gina is inspired by long polar nights enlivened by the dancing lights of the aurora.
