What is Integral Energetics?

Integral Energetics is an energy healing modality founded by chiropractors Dr. Fred Swann and Dr. John Hare. It is a practice that works directly with the body, nervous system, and energetic field to help people reconnect with their authenticity and innate capacity to heal.  

Using gentle yet powerful touch on and off the body, Integral Energetics supports the release of stored energy and the reorganisation of long-held patterns. By engaging the body's innate wisdom, there becomes an increase in breath, movement, vocal expression and release of significant energy, allowing the system to shed physical anchors from the past and re-organise at a deeper, more integrated level. 

Influenced by various disciplines including Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI), Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI), Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), Energy Field Dynamics, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Philosophy of Mind, Transpersonal Psychology, Conflict Resolution, and Integral Theory. Also incorporates esoteric teachings derived from Buddhism, Anthroposophy, Esoteric Christianity, and Hinduism.
