Event description

foundations of women’s health and hormones

Tuesday, April 15th | 6 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $5 | Sign-up Required

In Foundations of Women's Health & Hormones, we’ll dive into the science behind how your body works and, most importantly, why—so you can stop guessing and start making informed choices for your health. This class is designed for women who want to understand the root causes of hormone imbalances and learn practical, science-backed strategies to support their bodies naturally. We’ll cover key topics like blood sugar balance, stress and adrenal health, gut function, and how these systems all connect to your hormones. Expect clear, digestible explanations (no fluff or overwhelm) and actionable steps you can implement right away. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body, the confidence to support your health, and a roadmap for feeling your best.

Lara Holland is a nutritionist and medical herbalist, and she’s spent years studying hormones and autoimmunity—mostly because she had to. After struggling with her own health and finding little help from doctors (and way too much conflicting advice online), Lara dove deep into the science and history of women’s health. Now, she teaches women’s studies, history, and hormones because she believes women deserve real answers and practical tools to feel their best. Her approach is all about clarity, empowerment, and cutting through the noise so you can truly understand your body and take charge of your health.
