Three days away from the office, the team, and the noise, in a room of peers who are building at the same altitude. It's not a conference. You won't sit in rows watching slides. You'll work: closed-door conversations, deep-dive Q&A where the hard questions actually get asked, small breakout sessions with real bets on the table, and one to one access to founders who've built things that last. This year we go deep across three days, each built around the question that matters most at that stage.

Day 2. Built to Rise. Build the company that executes. Sharpen the leadership, team, and high-performance culture you need to deliver on the strategy and carry it through pressure and ambiguity.

Day 3. Built to Last. Sustain the one asset all of it depends on: you. Come through the hardest stretch of the journey in one piece, still running, with the clarity and conviction to keep going, whatever your finish line looks like.
