Wellbeing Breakfast for Social Entrepreneurs
Event description
Wellbeing Breakfast for Social Entrepreneurs
Sustaining the people behind the purpose
7am-10am, Tuesday, 18 November
Running a business for good can be deeply rewarding - but also incredibly demanding. While social enterprises aren’t frontline services, the nature of their work often means they’re supporting people in crisis or tackling complex social challenges - all while juggling the day-to-day realities of running a business. It’s meaningful work, but it can also be exhausting. Balancing care, impact, and sustainability - alongside making a profit - takes a huge emotional toll.
Join us for a morning of connection and conversation at our Wellbeing Breakfast, designed to help you recharge and reflect.
We’ll be joined by Kay Foss, a wellbeing specialist who understands burnout firsthand. Kay will share practical strategies and honest insights on maintaining mental wellbeing, managing stress, and sustaining energy while leading impact-driven work. Additional speakers will be announced.
This session will be practical, engaging and reflective, giving social enterprise leaders and teams a genuine sense of support, connection, and a few simple tools to help sustain their wellbeing over the long term. Enjoy coffee, light breakfast bites, and an open conversation with others who understand what it takes to build business that makes a difference.
