Pascale Helyar OAM is a changemaker, futurist and multi‑award‑winning entrepreneur who uses innovation to solve big‑picture problems.

In 2019, she founded Super Rewards, a world-first fintech platform converting everyday shopping cashback into superannuation contributions. The idea was personal and purposeful: help people, especially women, build their super through spending they were already doing.

When interest rates rose post-pandemic, Pascale pivoted. She expanded and rebranded the platform as Grow My Money, adding cashback that could be directed toward paying down mortgages faster.

In November 2024, Grow My Money was acquired by comparison giant Finder.

Pascale has founded and advised multiple startups, taking several through to exit. Her through-line is consistent: close the gap between everyday spending and long-term financial security.

In 2024, she was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for services to business and women's affairs.

Pascale is also the host of the Dare To Be Rich podcast and author of Rich Woman Poor Woman.
