Four Great Fires Summer Gathering - River Walk and Sauna

Four Great Fires is a menswork group that meets in-person 4 times per year in either one day or two day retreat formats, usually around the time of the Equinoxes and Solstices.

We hold a simple, unpretentious and grounding spaces for men to connect and share depth and authenticity in time honoured fire-side circles as well as across a range of activities designed to boost and balance energy and vitality.

Each event is facilitated by Sam Dickson (qualified counsellor, kinesiologist, meditation guide, 5E practitioner) and Jimmy Wheale (logistics and outdoor skills).
