Event description

Black Kite Commune is thrilled to host this momentous celebration in honour of Four Pillars Gin's 10th Anniversary. This exclusive event, taking place on November 18th 2023, promises an unforgettable gastronomic experience curated by renowned Chef Alejandro Saravia.

Guests will enjoy a five-course degustation paired with five cocktails, collaboratively crafted by Nick Tesar; Creative Director of Drinks at Four Pillars, and Jess Clayfield; Venue Manager and flavour genius of Black Kite Commune.

This event will be a celebration of the journey and achievements of Four Pillars Distillery's debut decade and of Victoria, it's unique and beautiful terroir, produce and talent.

The festivities commence at 1:00 PM, with the first four courses hosted at Black Kite Commune. Attendees will then embark on a short journey of approximately 25 metres to the iconic Gin Palace for the grand finale and an intimate conversation with Ben Luzz; owner of Gin Palace and Black Kite Commune, and Cameron Mackenzie; Co-founder and visionary of Four Pillars.
