CARERS FOUR WEEK PILATES COURSE OCTOBER - CLUB LIME PARKDALE 

Eligible unpaid Carers are invited to take some time out for themselves at this FREE respite event for relaxation and an opportunity to connect with like Carers who live in your local community.

Description of the event: Carers are invited to attend a four-week Pilates course at Club Lime in Parkdale

Date: Tuesday 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th October 2026

Time: 10:00-10:45am (Please arrive 10 minutes prior to session) 

Venue: 361 Nepean Hwy, Parkdale VIC 3195

Type of Event: Carers Only

Event Details: Carers are invited to attend a small class environment on reformer Pilates machines, where you will learn about building core strength and other Pilates fundamentals. This course is for any ability, and we encourage new Carers to come and try this popular mind body exercise.

*Please note, our October course will be offered firstly to Carers who have not yet had an opportunity to attend. Any remaining tickets will then be allocated to Carers who have previously attended.

We want to ensure that as many Carers can have the opportunity for this type of respite and class sizes are limited to 12 people. We will review the bookings and be in touch with Carers based on the order the booking was placed and those who have not yet attended will be given priority. We often receive last minute cancellations so if you miss out, we have a wait list and will be in touch if a ticket becomes available.
