Foxtrot Unicorn presents: A Night with Ardbeg

Spend a night with Ardbeg at Foxtrot Unicorn on Thursday, August 21st, as we delve into the rich history of one of the world’s most esteemed Single Malt Scotch Whiskies. With a legacy spanning decades, Ardbeg distillery crafts some of the most exquisite whiskies, sought after by connoisseurs worldwide and delve into some exclusive drams usually reserved for Ardbeg Embassy members only.  

For one night only, we'll be pulling out some of the rarest and coolest bottling's from the distillery to showcase at the state's only embassy venue.

You’ll enjoy a cocktail on arrival before indulging in a guided tasting of four coveted expressions of Ardbeg, alongside an inspired modern nostalgic menu from our Executive Chef Blaze Young (Nieuw Ruin, Edward & Ida’s, WA Good Food Guide  Chef of the Year’ 2025). 

Join us for a night of exploration, hosted by the state brand ambassador this will be a special night for all things whisky and Ardbeg. Take a deep dive into the making of the whisky and what makes it so special with us!

Tickets are $260 per person and include: 

• Welcome drinks and grazing boards on arrival 
• Tasting of five Ardbeg expressions (including the 19yo and 25yo)
• Shared dishes by 'Chef of the Year' Blaze Young 
• Discounts on the full ardbeg range and bottle purchases on the night
