In the for-purpose sector, leaders face the unique challenge of driving impact while balancing accountability, influence, and trust. Whether leading teams, engaging funders, or advocating for change, for-purpose leaders need the confidence to set clear expectations, the presence to inspire action, and the communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.

Join us for this interactive and practical 3-hour workshop, expertly facilitated by award-winning speaker Trudy MacDonald, designed specifically for for-purpose leaders. You’ll gain strategies to:

Foster a culture of accountability where expectations are clear, and individuals take ownership.
Balance empathy with authority to lead constructive, high-impact conversations.
Develop executive presence to project confidence, credibility, and authenticity.
Influence and persuade stakeholders to gain buy-in and drive alignment.
Navigate difficult conversations with clarity, confidence, and composure.

Through hands-on exercises and real-world case studies, you’ll leave with actionable strategies to strengthen your leadership, enhance team performance, and amplify your ability to create meaningful change.

Following the workshop, you will have the opportunity to connect and network with like-minded leaders who also attended the session over lunch.

We look forward to seeing you there!
