Thanks for registering for our Weeding Days at Frahns Farm, we can’t wait to see you in just a few days!

Here's some handy info (which you'll also get in your email).

Registration:

First things first, please arrive at 9:30 am. Make sure to complete COVID check-in when you arrive.

What to Bring:

Full water bottle per person
Lunch, snack, hot beverage-filled thermos and a chair to sit on at lunch
Sun / rain protection and warm clothes appropriate for the forecasted weather.
Weeding tools (long-handled tools to use whilst standing are best)
Planting gloves, rubber boots (if you like).

Notes:

Please bring your own weeding tools from home.
No toilets are available onsite.

Directions:

If coming from Adelaide, take the S.E. Freeway for approximately 35 minutes. Take the exit to Callington/Strathalbyn. Turn right onto Callington Rd, pass through the town then turn right onto Old Princes Rd at the t-junction. Follow this road for 2.9 km uphill then take the left onto Browns Rd (dirt road, avoid the sharp left onto Highlands Rd). Follow this road for 3.3 km, turning left onto Frahns Farm Rd at the first intersection, then left again after 350 m onto Wattle Rd. Follow this road for 2.2 km. Lookout for the large overland water pipe, electricity lines and Bio·R flag at the road. At this point enter the gate on your right and follow the track along the water pipe. Meet at the next gate in our tall kangaroo fence!

Please note:

There are no bathroom or kitchen facilities onsite, nor shelter. However, you can access public toilets at the nearby Monarto Sporting Complex at the end of Hartmann Rd, or at Callington Oval.
There will be walking involved, so good shoes and a backpack are recommended.
We'll be going ahead rain, hail or shine!

COVID Precautions

As well as completing your COVID Check-In on arrival, please abide by the normal social distancing rules at this event. If you are feeling unwell before the event, please do not come. If you feel unwell within a few weeks following our event, please contact us so we can respond appropriately.
