As part of our TechDiversity Community Connect program, we are excited to host "Framing the Future: The Neurodivergent Advantage", a face-to-face gathering aimed at driving impactful conversations about neurodivergent inclusion in the Australian workforce.

This event sits under the umbrella of TechDiversity Community Connect, a platform that unites passionate individuals, organisations, and advocates to tackle the challenges shaping Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.

In this milestone 10th-anniversary year of TechDiversity, this Connect event will focus on neurodiversity, building on the success of previous gatherings such as "The Neurodivergent Advantage" and incorporate fresh insights from our TechReflects Study and broader industry trends.

Aligned with our overarching TechDiversity Awards 2025 theme, "Framing DEI Futures," this event will focus on creating frameworks to integrate neurodivergent talent into workplaces effectively. It will highlight how organisations can overcome barriers to inclusion and embrace neurodivergence as a driver of creativity, innovation, and growth.
