Meet the Climate 4.0 Hub Accelerator Cohort
Join us for an exclusive event welcoming the inaugural Climate 4.0 Hub Accelerator cohort to Melbourne as they begin the in-country immersion at the heart of this five-month program.
Representing six of France’s most promising climate-tech startups, the cohort was selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants. They arrive in Australia with ambitions to expand their operations, build prospective partnerships, unlock investment opportunities and connect with Melbourne’s startup ecosystem.
Hosted in Swinburne’s new Virtual Universe, the event offers a unique opportunity to meet the founders and hear directly from the teams about their technologies, their motivations for joining the program and what they hope to achieve in Australia.

Meet the cohort:
The six companies are developing solutions across energy, transport, industrial decarbonisation and climate resilience.
🔹 Storabelle
delivers competitive, low-carbon industrial heat by replacing gas boilers with renewable electricity that would otherwise be curtailed, storing it as heat for use on demand.
🔹 Sollys
develops a new thermal energy storage system using a sand-like medium to store high-temperature heat energy.
🔹 Clhynn
A high-impact industrial deep-tech startup developing decentralised electricity solutions for land, air and sea mobility, as well as stationary applications.
🔹 Beez-FM
decarbonises commercial buildings with zero-CAPEX for the owner. The company’s RizaOne platform turns live building data into verified, outcome-based energy projects that institutional green capital can fund.
🔹 Amplicity
helps industrial companies and critical infrastructure operators optimise and monetise existing and additional battery capacity to generate new revenue, strengthen energy resilience and accelerate decarbonisation, with no upfront CAPEX required.
🔹 ROSI Solar
A French cleantech company specialising in the high-value recycling of end-of-life photovoltaic modules.

About the Climate 4.0 Hub
The Climate 4.0 Hub is the innovation programme of the Franco-Australian Indo-Pacific Centre for Energy Transition operated by Swinburne University of Technology from its Melbourne campus. It identifies, accelerates and scales the next generation of climate solutions by connecting founders with research capabilities, industry partners, investors and government networks. The Hub delivers the innovation and startups stream of FACET, the Franco-Australian Indo-Pacific Centre for Energy Transition. FACET was established under the France–Australia Bilateral Roadmap and is co-led by CEA, Université Grenoble Alpes and Swinburne, with support from the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The Flagship Accelerator is the Hub’s first program. Announced at VivaTech in Paris in June 2026, the inaugural cohort brings six French climate-tech companies to Melbourne for a curated, 100 per cent equity-free program. Over five months, the companies work with dedicated Entrepreneurs in Residence, founder mentors, industry partners and investors to become market-ready and investible in Australia. The program will culminate in a Demo Day in November 2026.
About FACET
The Franco-Australian Indo-Pacific Centre for Energy Transition (FACET) was established in December 2023 under the Australia–France Bilateral Roadmap. Jointly funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, FACET is co-led by CEA, Université Grenoble Alpes and Swinburne University of Technology, which hosts the Centre at its Melbourne campus. FACET strengthens bilateral cooperation through strategic research and innovation in sustainable and inclusive energy systems while supporting energy transition efforts across the Indo-Pacific region.
